This is the time of year when New Years Resolutions are made. I believe they are a powerful tools to self improvement. Every year we incorporate some new better way of life into our routine. Sometimes it is mental, spiritual, behavioral or physical.

Most of the time our resolutions are private and deeply personal. No matter what yours are we wish you blessings in their follow through.
